Joining the Nestle Wellness Fitfil Boot Camp: The Road to Getting Fit

I don’t exercise at all religiously. My body only knows walking and a little bit of running as a form of exercise. I want to lose weight and be fit for two (2) major reasons:

I feel heavy. I gained weight when I hit the age of 25 and I felt that my metabolism is not that fast anymore. People around me said that I am not fat but when I take a look at my old photos I said I really gained weight. My arms, thighs and belly grew big. For the last two months I joined fitness pocket events. I am catching my breath and I get tired easily. Then I realize I can’t be like this anymore.

I wanted to be healthy for myself and for my family. I had mild scoliosis. My doctor said that going to the gym can slightly correct this. I went for a month of gym workouts but I had to stop because I do not have time anymore because i had a full blast in my career. I had two work for a project for two years that requires site visits. But right now I finally decided to take my health seriously as I am not getting any younger plus the fact that I got inspirations from different people who have started to prioritize their health and wellness. Challenges arise but with discipline they were able to get what they wanted.

My schedule is very tight plus budget also gets in the way. Recently I attended a talk about getting fit and empowered. Time should not hinder us. She said “Kung gusto maraming paraan, kung ayaw maraming dahilan”, very true. She even stated an example, her student a surgeon attends her class, but you know what her schedule is too full that I myself was so surprise on how did she do all of that. She’s 45 and bet you she attends that class religiously and that made me really inspired. Also money should not be a hindrance because you must invest on yourself. But it’s not the case for me as I have a family that I need to provide and take care of as my salary is just enough to sustain our daily needs. But I am really trying my best to save some for my “Road to Getting Fit Project”

Luckily, I came across Coach Jim Saret website when I was trying to google some cheap exercises that I can join. The Nestle Wellness Fitfil Boot Camp is the answer. You can experience Boxing, Muay Thai, Zumba, Body Pump, Crossfit, Pilates, Yoga, TRX, Aqua Training and even Dragon Boat Training for only Php1,500.00. Affordable right? Aside from its affordability is it offers a full weight loss and fitness program both online and per face-face to session. I decided to join because it’s not just a weight loss camp but it will cater my health needs as well and finally I am now brave enough to do it on my own. Yes I know it’s happy and enjoyable to have a companion, but our schedules are so tight that we can’t meet half way. But friends if you wake up one morning and you have finally decided to prioritize your health first, then I strongly encourage you to try out the Nestle Wellness Fitfil Boot Camp. This will take place in three different locations: Bonifacio High street Global City, Mall of Asia and Alabang Town Center. For more details about this Health and Wellness Camp click HERE.

Update:
Schedule for ATC will be move to November 19 to December 14 while the MOA schedule will be move to November 21 to December 16 due to the recent typhoon. Please be guided accordingly.
