The name Gambino is isnpired by the regime of Carlo Gambino, one of the phenomenal "five families" for their Mafia's (Cosa Nostra) nationwide activity in Italy and in New York city in the United States. During his regime, it became one of the "most powerful bosses" in New York City.
Spearheaded by Chef Giorgio Bucciarelli, prepares the food served in Gambino using the Italian traditional cooking technique but infused with modern twists. Joining him were Chef Christine Nicole Nicolas, Chef Elaine Sanchez and actor turned entrepreneur Marvin Agustin.
