Brillante Mendoza invites you to join his third (3rd) Film workshop that will be held at Center Stage Productions 947 Busilak St. Barangka Drive, Mandaluyong City from March 28 to April 3, 2016, from 9am-5pm.
Brillante Mendoza is a Filipino film director who directed sixteen (16) films since 2005. In 2009, he won the Best Director for his film "Kinatay" at the 62nd Cannes Film Festival and his film "Lola" won the Best Film at the 6th Dubai International Film Festival. In 2012, his film "Captive was shown at the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival and his film "Thy Womb" competed for the Golden Lion at the 69th Venice International Film Festival. His upcoming film "Taklub" has been selected to be screened in the Uncertain Regard section of the 2015 Cannes Film Festival.
The workshop is as follows:
1. Acting Workshop (Found Acting)
The participant is expected to act in the short film made by the directing workshopper at the end of the workshop.

2. Directing Workshop
An introduction to Cinematography, Production Design and Editing. The participant is expected to create a short film at the end of the workshop.

The workshop is inclusive of lunch and afternoon snack. For the Directing Workshop, you must bring your own laptop for editing purposes.
