I would like to share with you the August Monthly Spread in my 2016 Starbucks Planner. I just basically decorate my monthly planner with stickers from various sources: freebies from planners and most of them I got online. The border sticker is from Daiso by the way. I only bought a few stickers when budget permits. I have a note to myself: "utilize what you have".
